When the evening celebrations begin, we bring the theatre of Sri Lankan street food to your wedding, with fresh cooking, aromas and an interactive experience for your guests.

The sound. The aroma. The experience. Watch our chefs chop and toss freshly prepared roti with vegetables, aromatic spices, curry and our signature sauces on a sizzling hot griddle. Meat and vegetarian options can be arranged.
OPTION B / UPGRADE
Our chefs prepare traditional Sri Lankan hoppers using a delicate batter made from rice flour and coconut milk. Cooked in traditional hopper pans, these bowl-shaped hoppers have beautifully crispy edges and soft, fluffy centres. Served fresh with traditional Sri Lankan curries and sambols.
The evening-only portion prices and hopper upgrade are proposed package prices, to be confirmed in your quotation. Live stations require suitable cooking facilities and are subject to venue approval, safety requirements, staffing and equipment availability.

The Tuskers Experience brings together three parts of your day in one coordinated wedding food package.
Minimum: 60 full-paying adult guests, or equivalent package minimum spend; smaller weddings quoted individually.
Additional staffing, equipment, travel and extended service charges quoted separately.
Deposit: 30% of the agreed booking price to secure your date.
Balance: Payable 30 days before your wedding, regardless of guest numbers.
Before your day: Final guest numbers, menu, dietary requirements and service arrangements must be agreed before your final invoice. Late changes are subject to availability and agreed additional charges. All bookings are subject to our booking and payment terms.
